STREET EXPLORATION AND PHOTO TECHNIQUES

New York City is arguably the most dynamic, culturally diverse and exciting city for street photography in the world.  Our journey begins in the arts and "hipster" neighbourhoods.  We will explore locations such as the High Line Park, Chelsea, and Top of The Rock (to name a few). With "hands-on" dedicated instruction and attention, you will become more efficient and comfortable using your camera equipment.  You will leave New York City motivated to continue your worldly exploration with camera in hand, and photos you will be proud to share once you get home.

Open to all levels of photographers camera equipment ranging from point-and-shoot, to DSLR.  Wide angle lens capability (minimum 35mm equivalent focal length) is recommended to take advantage of New York City's tall architecture and dominant presence.

All workshops are lead and instructed by former Nikon Canada's National Technical and Professional Product Rep, André Paquette.  André is a published, professional photographer with a variety of commercial and private clients.  He is also a sought after photo industry keynote speaker and workshop instructor.

Accommodation suggestions are available upon request.

*Workshop registration fee does not include the following: travel to and from New York City, accommodations, meals, entry fee to optional "Top of the Rock", inner city transport, insurance, travel documentation, or personal purchases.
